By downloading, installing, or using JigSolitare Christmas ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JigSolitare Christmas.

2. Description of Service

JigSolitare Christmas provides a Christmas-themed mobile game combining jigsaw puzzle and solitaire gameplay, offering:

• Classic solitaire card game variations
• Multiple difficulty levels and game modes
• In-game currency (coins) for purchasing boosters and power-ups
• Booster items: Time Freeze, Perfect Placement, and Reveal Pair
• Progress tracking and achievement system
• Daily challenges and seasonal events
• Ad-supported free gameplay with optional ad removal

3. In-App Purchases and Pricing

JigSolitare Christmas is free to download and play, with optional in-app purchases to enhance your gaming experience:

All prices are in US Dollars and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice. Consumable items (coins and boosters) are used up during gameplay, while permanent purchases (No Ads Forever) remain active for the lifetime of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment Method: All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

One-Time Purchases: All in-app purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Coins and boosters are consumable items that are used during gameplay. Permanent purchases like "No Ads Forever" remain active for the lifetime of your account.

Virtual Currency: Coins are virtual currency that can be purchased with real money. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Requests: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. To request a refund, please contact the respective app store directly or our support team at support@jigsolitarechristmas.com.

Consumable Items: Once consumable items (coins, boosters) are used in gameplay, they cannot be refunded. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving purchased items, please contact our support team immediately.

No Ads Purchase: The "No Ads Forever" and "Total Package" purchases are permanent and non-refundable once activated on your account.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Game
• Not use automated systems, bots, or cheats to gain unfair advantages or unlimited coins
• Not share your account with others
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the in-game economy or purchase system

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, game mechanics, and software, are the exclusive property of JigSolitare Christmas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, nor may you create derivative works based on the Game.

8. Advertising

Ad-Supported Gameplay: The Game is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads may appear during gameplay unless you purchase the "No Ads Forever" package or "Total Package".

Third-Party Ads: Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any products or services advertised. Clicking on ads may redirect you to external websites or apps.

Ad Removal: You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing the "No Ads Forever" package ($4.99) or the "Total Package" ($9.99). This purchase is permanent and cannot be refunded.

9. Game Content and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time, including the availability of any game features, levels, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Game without notice or liability.

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Game from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device.

We reserve the right to adjust coin prices, booster costs, or the value of in-game items at any time to maintain game balance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We do not warrant that the Game will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JigSolitare Christmas SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Game
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of the Game
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Game
• Loss of game progress, scores, or achievements
• Any errors or omissions in game content

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use, including but not limited to: using cheats or hacks, engaging in fraudulent activity, or behavior that is harmful to other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification through the Game or email. Your continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
